The trilogy of success – thoughts, words and actions.

Thoughts are the dances in our mind. Is balance created by your thoughts and goals? Do you dance with grace and ease allowing the gentle flow to consume you totally? Are you in rhythm to the beat being played by the orchestra?

Words are the song we sing out loud. Is your song soothing and encouraging? Does your song inspire and uplift others and yourself? How would your song be classified; Blues, Country, Smooth Jazz, Rock and Roll, Rap, or Alternative? Has it hit the Top 20? Who wrote the words to your song?

Action is the careful coordination of the dance with the song. Is your partner in sync with your movements? Do you blend into a single entity? Who is your partner?

In the dance of life I choose several partners. God is always my constant Instructor and Counselor. As there are different dances and songs I choose my partner accordingly. In a Waltz I move slowly and gracefully with this person. Perhaps this is my life partner or significant other. We glide about through life sincerely appreciating the moves of each other.

In the Jitter Bug I find my social connection. This person loves to perform wild, outlandish dance steps. This is the person with whom I can let my hair down with, the one who I can be crazy with.

As I Cha ChaCha, my partner is my business associate. We learn various steps together, always encouraging each other and learning together. We are dancing together, then apart yet always coming back together. We swirl as one.

I find Balance in my life. I dance joyfully as I sing my song of Love, Life, Peace and Happiness. I have learned to perfect various steps in the movement of life.

LOVE

I have heard many times and strongly believe that Love is the most healing and harmonizing power in the Universe. I add to that Love is the most powerful and empowering vibrational energy in the Cosmos!

How many do you truly love? How many are on your list of unconditional love?  When was the last time you updated your list?

I have a suggestion for you. Love everyone and everything! Yes even those individuals whom you disagree with. Afterall they are relating from their perception of life and not yours! Love the situations you currently find yourself in.

When we choose to Love all, we are indeed liberated. We go forward with a renewed prospective and attitude. Bless those whom you have previously found fault. Just release them from your thoughts. Release them to the care of The Creator. Love is knowing and accepting who you are without regard to someone validating your worth. Isn’t that why you have a disagreement with another?

Move into this month choosing to Love; accepting everyone and everything just as there are. No recommendations from you, no judgments by you. Pure acceptance and gratitude they have shown up for a reason. Each has come to Bless You or teach you a lesson that only they can teach. So appreciate them and their presence.

Choose Love as your barometer, if your actions do not reflect LOVE choose again. Love is actually all there really is, anything else is void of LOVE! God IS Love. You ARE Love!

Declare your Blessings today. Know that everything that is present in your life is a gift.

I graciously receive my gifts from Heaven. I know that I have prepared myself for this manifestation of all good. I have completed the required course work to move forward. I am a good student and I have learned well. I am ready for graduation.

Everything I receive is a gift from Heaven. That simply sounds good and very therapeutic to my soul. My Spirit is alive and well. I reap bountiful Blessings.

I release each bit of anything that has no place in my state of newness. I reside in a constant state of Higher Consciousness. My Energy is soaring to new heights and I fly like an eagle. I glide through all situations knowing and trusting that I am headed in the perfect direction for my Highest Joy and Greatest Peace. I remain in a pure state of Thanksgiving and allow more and more to come into my awareness.

Yes! Everything I receive IS A GIFT FROM HEAVEN. It is so because I claim it as so. I desire and deserve the Best of Everything. It is my inherited right to these riches. I do not submit to lower vibrations or expectations. I rise and ask others to rise with me.

I willingly share from my storehouse of Abundance. I have more than enough to share. It is my joyous privilege to share with others. My good is overflowing and bountiful. Thanks God for each and every Blessing that I am experiencing.

Thanks God for Your Grace and Mercy. Thanks God for sustaining me through all. Thanks God for my creation and existence. Thanks God for filling me up to overflowing with Good Life, Joy, Peace, Love, and Wisdom.

THE SILENCE OF LOVE

 

December 25^{th  –}Merry Christmas.

There is a Love so rich and pure; no words are needed to express it outwardly. Actually, words seem to diminish the energy of Love.

It is the type of Love you feel when you hold your newborn baby for the first time. Its simply a bonding of pure intent. Pure love flows from you to your baby. This is a most perfect situation. The energy is wholesome, unadulterated and untainted. This incredible feeling is one of absolute bliss.

Moreover, no words are needed for either the mother and child or the father and child, both are bonding from their heart not their words. This action lasts a lifetime.

Our friends also provide this type of unconditional acceptance with no words required. Have you ever been deep in something and one of your friends show up, unexpectedly? Neither of you say a word yet both of you know exactly what is happening.

All the support, encouragement and/or Love arrive on your doorstep with a huge smiling face. You know at that moment there is a force greater than you operating in this massive Universe. Your Angel is there to offer a ray of hope or a glimmer of support, just at the precise time that it was most needed; All without a word spoken.

This type of Love resides in the silence of Life when you become still and acknowledge that Life Force Energy. You commune at a deep level of respect and honor. You go deeper into this comm-union and feel the all-sustaining Energy.

You get revved up like a race car engine that is about to run the greatest race of its existence. It feels like electricity at a high voltage running through the veins of your body. Yes, my dear it is there in the Silence where you can become one with all living creatures.

The Silence of Love is so awesome. You radiate pure ecstasy. The Love of The Creator is pumping that life force energy inside of you! You can feel it, especially in the silence of your movements, in the dead silence of inner chatter or outside pollution.

The Silence of Love permeates the cells of your body making them new; the Silence works to improve your circulation and stamina; the Silence is the wonder ingredient that heals from the inside to the outside.

The Silence of Love is all that truly exist.

JOY

 

December 12^th

This is a day of JOY! I love it!!! JOY – JOY – JOY!!!

I have JOY way down deep inside of me. JOY floods my heart, my core. JOY is in the marrow of my bones. JOY is in the cells of my skin! JOY – JOY – JOY!

God has poured this wonderful energy of JOY into me. None other could give me such an incredibly remarkable feeling. Like the song says, ‘The world didn’t give it and the world can’t take it away.’

JOY is from The Creator! We receive JOY as a gift! All I know to do is to treasure this feeling of absolute contentment. It feels like rain slowly trickling down my face. It feels like the comfort of fresh sheets on my bed. It feels like the huge warm hug from a child. It’s amazingly sensuous. I have JOY in the roots of my being!

God granted me JOY to experience this life with unconditional Love. JOY seeks Love in its purest state. JOY finds Peace in every encounter. JOY is Harmony in grand style. JOY simply is my preferred state of being.

I shout aloud my Gratitude for this indwelling JOY! Oh Thanks God for this awesome phenomenal gift. I sing Praises to The Most High. I AM filled to overflowing with JOY! Thanks Allah for this dynamic treasure. My heart is filled with Thanksgiving. I know it is from The Source because it is absolutely complete within itself. I need nothing else when JOY is present in my life!

SACRED INTIMACY

 

December 11^th

Sacred Intimacy is going within and communing at the very core of who you are with The Source.

This is a private activity that connects you to the Spiritual energy of the Universe. It is Prayer. It is Meditation. It is Breath. It is aloneness with God. It is the time when you shut down all else and concentrate on your connection with Infinite Spirit. It is just YOU and The Creator.

Still your thoughts. Turn off the outside environment, the radio, the TV, the self talk. Become very, very still. Trust that you can do this. Say to yourself and the Universe that you are grateful to be alive. Thank God for your existence. Shout it loud if you can. Give Thanks. Simply Give Thanks.

Allow yourself to bask in the goodness that is all around you. Think positive thoughts. Be happy that whatever is in your life today is there for a reason. Accept the lesson and blessing in it. Immerse yourself in complete LOVE! Feel the Love as it radiates through your entire body. It may feel like an electrical current or a tingling sensation. However, It is Love Energy that has been waiting for you to recognize and welcome it into your experience.

Love is Powerful! Love is Awesome! Love is healing! Love is energizing!!!

Enjoy your Scared Intimacy each day. Go to that place within you and truly treasure your ability to connect with the energy that sustains life. It is yours to fully appreciate. It is available to you at your beck and call. Just summon the Power and it is there.

Today I experience an incredible Sacred Intimacy that satisfies my every need, care and concern.

EXPECTATIONS

 

December 8^th

What we focus our attention on is exactly what appears in our life. As Buddha said, “All that we are is the result of what we have thought.”

My expectation today is positive and expansive. I expect great things to happen in my life. I expect to be in perfect health. I expect very loving relationships. I expect abundance and prosperity. I expect Peace and Joy! I expect more and more of all good things to be increased in my life.

You may be saying to yourself that is just too much for me to do. I cannot think like that because and you give yourself a reason not to. What harm will it do for you to consider the possibility of increasing only that which you desire in your life? Decide to be a possibility thinker today. Stretch your expectations beyond all that you have allowed yourself to believe is possible or probable. I dare you!

Expect good health and you will find that you soon stop eating the fast foods and prepare more nutritious meals for yourself.  You enjoy shopping for organic fruits and vegetables, you begin to juice. You find it very easy to eliminate fatty foods from your diet. You discover ways to add exercise into your daily activities. You get adequate rest. Your life is balanced.

Expect an increase in money substance and the right opportunities will come to you. The magic here is that you must act on them once they are given to you. You say you have never done this type of work before and you doubt if you will be successful. Well do it anyway. It’s okay if it does not work because it will actually open your creative genius up to work for you. You are telling the Universe you are willing to learn and do something different. Opportunities will flood you and now you have plenty to choose from.

Expect Love and you will receive it. Unconditional Love will come from each and every person you encounter. It will not be limited to a single person or your immediate family. You will feel the Love radiate from you and others. It feels fantastic. Set your expectations to receive that which you truly desire and graciously accept it into your reality!

FORGIVE SELF

 

December 5^th

I forgive myself for holding on to things which no longer serve me. I forgive myself totally and completely for any negative emotions I have not allowed myself to release. I forgive myself for not honoring the life and beauty in me. I forgive myself for not loving unconditionally!!!

I forgive myself because I have become my own worst critic. I release the need to beat up on myself for missing the mark. I forgive myself because I believe I have to work hard to be acceptable and gain entrance into the Kingdom of God. I forgive myself because through unforgiveness I cannot move freely; I cannot move forward nor can I accept others.

I forgive myself to liberate the God consciousness in me to fully operate and express through me. I forgive because The Source harbors no ill feelings about me. I Am made in the image and after the likeness of The Most High. I forgive myself for not consistently loving me enough to not cause harm to my body temple. I forgive myself because I have held on long enough to these worn out false ideas about what makes me a good person. My standards are from on high and from that position I Am good and very good, even from my inception. I am not conceived nor born into sin. My existence was created from an act of love and passion.

I forgive myself because I must accept that the actions I took represented my understanding at that time. Now that I know better, I do better. Today I declare with full intention to completely and totally forgive myself of any labels or false names I have placed on myself. Today I freely choose Forgiveness.

God forgives all my actions. I forgive all my actions. I am freed by and through FORGIVENESS. As I learn to forgive myself it is very easy to forgive all others. My choice is simple: I FORGIVE ALL BEGINNING WITH MYSELF!!!
