Declare your Blessings today. Know that everything that is present in your life is a gift.

I graciously receive my gifts from Heaven. I know that I have prepared myself for this manifestation of all good. I have completed the required course work to move forward. I am a good student and I have learned well. I am ready for graduation.

Everything I receive is a gift from Heaven. That simply sounds good and very therapeutic to my soul. My Spirit is alive and well. I reap bountiful Blessings.

I release each bit of anything that has no place in my state of newness. I reside in a constant state of Higher Consciousness. My Energy is soaring to new heights and I fly like an eagle. I glide through all situations knowing and trusting that I am headed in the perfect direction for my Highest Joy and Greatest Peace. I remain in a pure state of Thanksgiving and allow more and more to come into my awareness.

Yes! Everything I receive IS A GIFT FROM HEAVEN. It is so because I claim it as so. I desire and deserve the Best of Everything. It is my inherited right to these riches. I do not submit to lower vibrations or expectations. I rise and ask others to rise with me.

I willingly share from my storehouse of Abundance. I have more than enough to share. It is my joyous privilege to share with others. My good is overflowing and bountiful. Thanks God for each and every Blessing that I am experiencing.

Thanks God for Your Grace and Mercy. Thanks God for sustaining me through all. Thanks God for my creation and existence. Thanks God for filling me up to overflowing with Good Life, Joy, Peace, Love, and Wisdom.

NO REGRETS

 

December 29th

Live today so tomorrow you can look back and say ‘I have NO regrets.’

Live today as fully and completely as you can. Allow yourself to have fun and celebrate living. Laugh hard!  Do you feel like dancing? Then just do it. You do not have to go somewhere to dance, dance by yourself in your home. Dance with your children, dance with your mate. If you feel like dancing, just dance. Dance until your legs and feet hurt. Dance like no one is watching. Dance like you are a Dance Instructor.

Live today in total Joy and happiness. Show your unconditional Love to someone. Just Love them to love them, expect nothing in return. Cast a spell of Love into the Universe. Just send it out, extend your arms and hands and say, “I send LOVE out to every living thing NOW”. Doesn’t that feel wonderful?

I live today as if there is no tomorrow. I live today to the fullest extend I can in Harmony, Peace, Joy, Passion and Compassion. I share a warm smile with each person I pass today. I say a kind word to others, everywhere I go today.

I choose to live this day in absolute abandon of what others will think of me. Perhaps they will catch it and live today more fully. I am only responsible for my actions. I enjoy this totally ‘free gift of life’ right now. I am alive and eager to love today with no regrets.

When tomorrow comes I will smile a big wide grin and say to myself,

 

 

‘I have no regrets.’

WHAT IS FAMILY?

 

December 23^rd

I have a friend that once shared with me something his son had told him earlier in life. His son simply said, “Dad there is family and then there’s relatives.” His son was saying in a most innocent manner that not all those in our bloodline are necessarily family. And those that we may not share the same blood with can be closer than those that we do.

I have many members in my family. Yes you are right, not all are from the same linage, either on my mother or father side. My family is large, multi-cultural, multi-ethnic and live everywhere around the globe.

I love adding to my family. It seems there is always someone new that belongs to my family. When I relocated I was immediately adopted by a group of men folks that sincerely loved and adored me. Thank God because I knew no one in my new city. I felt blessed because I had just left my family, both immediate and extended, that I had grown to love and cherish.

What I discovered was, there is room enough for everyone when you love from your core of being. You can serve in several positions within the family as well. One of my aforementioned family members was more like a father than anyone else. Yet he was younger than I was. He served in the position with great pride. The others became my brothers or sons.

My larger, extended family now consists of members from all walks of life. They live in Africa, they live in Canada, they are living with the virus, and they are making a better community where I live. They all share a common denominator, their love and appreciation of life.

Describe your family for yourself. Is your family restricted to only those who share the same bloodline with you? You may be missing out on a tremendous blessing if you have never considered adding to your family.

Yes I have relatives also, like anyone else. But I have more family than relatives. Thanks God.

EXPANSIVE ENERGY

 

December 14^th

An ever increasing existence, an expansive energy fills me up. I accept my blessings from The Almighty, Infinite One.

Sit, relax and envision this phenomenal unfolding for you. Picture it clearly, see it in full detail. Do you see it expanding all around you? The Creative Energy is at work in all of creation, especially your life. See it growing rapidly and completely. You are being flooded with goodness and mercy, the grace of God is acting on your behalf. It is readying everything in and on your path. The Blessings are growing, they are magnified! Do you see it yet?

Hold the vision of Expansive Energy fully operating in your life and affairs.  What does it look like for you? More love and peace; more harmony and cooperation; more money substance and freedom? What? Only you can make this decision for yourself. The Energy is eagerly waiting for you to say what it is that you desire. Once you have decided, The Energy goes to work for you, giving you precisely what you have declared.

Now witness the unfolding of your highest good. You deserve it and more. Life is abundant in every aspect. My life is prosperous. Expansive Energy is everywhere evenly distributed. And it is unlimited. I gather my gifts with gratitude.

Be Thankful for the manifestations. Give Thanks at all times and in all ways. Just say it, Thanks God. That feels wonderful and opens the floodgates for more to come into your life. Thanks God for this incredible Expansive Energy that is circulating all around, in and through me. Thanks Creator for the absolute manifestations of Your Good.

I am a part of and recipient of God’s Expansive Energy.

GOD’s STRENGTH

We are made whole in spiritual strength when we are at our lowest point physically. God’s strength is Grace, Mercy and Absolute Unconditional Love. We are held up daily by God’s strength.

Regardless to what is showing up in your life, know that God is there in the midst of it. Call on God when you require help! When your physical strength is inadequate call upon the Awesome Grace of God for assistance. It is available to you, all you need to do is to call it forth. Ask and it is given, pressed down and shaken together in an immense way. You have not because you ask not.

God’s Grace is sufficient in all things. Your life is Grace. Your life is Mercy. You are provided for each day by The Source. You woke up today by the sheer Supreme Energy. You are reading this message by Grace. You are sustained in Grace every minute of every day.

God’s strength is not human exertion. God’s strength is everlasting and infallible. Spiritual Strength is what will carry you through in times of turmoil and strife. God cannot work in your life when you have a stronghold on the way it ought to look. Either it will be God’s way or your war! The word war was a typing error, I had meant to type way. Then I realized that we do create war in our lives when we close God out and want to do it all by ourselves. God can only work through our lives as we are willing to submit our ways. God granted us free will and that is exactly how we operate. Tired of things looking the way they do? Invite God into the situation and trust God can and God will!

Trust God in all that concerns you. Go to God in prayer regularly and watch the Miracles unfold for you. God’s strength is mightier than any other kind.

Place your day in the gentle Love and Care of God’s Strength.

CONTRACT

What will you do today to add value to your life and to the lives of others?

Write up your personal contract with the Universe.

Here is mine:

Today I will smile; this is my expression to the Universe that I am joyous to be a part of the living process. I will smile to show others I care for them. I will smile on the outside and my insides will be happy.

Plentiful Universe I will seek ways to be a caregiver to the betterment of You. I will not litter your scenery nor will I destroy it in any other way. I will respect You in all ways possible.

This day I will rejoice with all who are happy and share with them their joy. This day I will share in other emotions that a person may be experiencing. Today I will share and interact with others as if we are the same, because I know that we are each the same. Today I choose to honor our Oneness. I choose to celebrate Unity in Community today!

I Thank God throughout the day. I Thank God for the brilliance of the Sun shining through the windows. I Thank God for the rain that is cleansing away the pollution and worries. I Thank God for giving me this day as another gift to share with all those around me.

I promise myself to live by the words I have written of my own free will.

I am solely responsible to myself to live out these words.

I am accountable and trustworthy to me.

I will fulfill the intent of my desires set forth above.

23rd PSALMS

The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want.

He makes me to rest in green pastures; he leads me beside still waters.

He restores my soul. He leads me in the paths of righteousness for his name’s sake.

Yes, though I walk through the valley of death, I will fear no evil; for thou art with me; thy rod and they staff they comfort me.

Thou preparest a table before me in the presence of mine enemies; thou anointed my head with oil; my cup runneth over.

Surely thy goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life; and I shall dwell in the house of the Lord forever.

 

Sandy’s version

God is my source. I already have everything I desire. (I only need to see it!)

My lavish garden is peace-filled; in the quietness, my strength is enriched and increased.

I trust God. God’s grace is sufficient.

 When fear knocks; My Faith does not answer the door.

God’s mercy sustains me; carries me through all valley experiences.

As I call forth into being (as I recognize) the bountiful Blessings of my inheritance from God’s storehouse – my life overflows with prosperity and abundance.

 I am accompanied by goodness and kindness; everywhere I go, because God dwells in me.

REARRANGE

My life requires rearranging from time to time. When I sense the energy is stagnant, it is time for movement. This does not imply that something is wrong just that rearranging is in order.

Change the furniture around in your residence and witness the shift of energy. Move the sofa/couch, add pillows to it or throw a colorful piece of fabric on it. Make space and allow energy to flow in your residence. Throw things or give things away if you are cluttered. Too many articles can suffocate you and prevent you from enjoying the feeling of freedom.

Do you have areas that you ignore and pretend as if they do not exist? Perhaps a crowded closet or junk drawer or a garage could benefit from your attention. Decide today to clear one area.

Rearrange your clothes closets so that you know where things are located. Separate the clothing by season or color or by identification. All tops together, all bottoms together or blues first then reds. It’s your choice and by doing this little chore you will find clothing that you had forgotten you had.

With this same attitude of arranging, consider your thoughts and perceptions about life and living. Are there some thoughts you could discord and replace with more positive, productive ones? Are there some actions you could implement into your daily life that would have a huge impact on how you feel from day to day?

Rearranging requires you to look at a particular thing and consciously decide to change it. You can always change it back to its original state. This is one of those cost effective measures that can benefit you and not cost you anything. It might even open you up to new possibilities! Surely you will discover a different way to do the same thing. You are exercising creativity.

DISPOSABLE ITEMS

 

What can you rid yourself of today? Worry, fear, anxiety, frustration?

What will you choose as a replacement? Love, Acceptance, Joy, Laughter?

There are receptacles all around your town with labels for old newspapers, old clothing, old anything. People eagerly gather the things to be tossed and travel to these spots and discard the items they no longer have a use for.

Use this same method in cleaning out the negativity from your consciousness. Throw out the worn ideas of lack and limitation, of not being deserving and lovable. Throw away the need to condemn your self. Discard all the stuff that has been lingering around your house (your thoughts) and cheerfully throw them all away. Plan a celebration party after this has been completed. Celebrate your new place of Peace and Renewal.

 Did you find more stuff when you returned home that you had forgotten about? That’s okay, just get right back into your car and drive them as fast as you can to the disposable bin and toss them in. Make a promise to yourself that once it has been discarded you will not go back looking for it to wear or use just one more time. Let it be gone forever from you, from your thoughts and your memory.

And choose to never purchase disposable items again. Select and purchase only the lasting and permanent things that Life has to offer. Select and purchase Unconditional Love. Make Forgiveness a stable in your household. Purchase Acceptance and Justice and never allow it to expire.

And remember to keep your cupboards clean!!!

SELF DENIAL

Do you deny yourself the finer things in life, like abundance, prosperity and love? Or joy, peace and harmony? Perhaps it is because you do not feel worthy of these things. Perhaps it is because you have not forgiven yourself of some deeds or wrongs committed by you, and you are serving faithfully in the position of judge and jury over your own actions.

Trust that you are a worthy person. Trust that your life is not a mistake and that God only desires the best of everything for you, especially. Choose to accept and cherish your royal place in God’s family, an heir to the Kingdom.

Know that as you grew and knew better, you did better. That you acted as a child even as an adult in certain situations. But now, right this very minute it is all behind you. God has already forgiven you. Now you must forgive yourself. Stop beating up on yourself and begin to truly Love the person you see reflected back to you in the mirror. Honor and respect this wonderful human being. You are the perfect example of God’s abiding Joy and Love. Feel these words as your new self description and awareness.

Speak life affirming words gently to the wounded individual that still dwells in you. Heal the person completely this time. Stroke this loving soul back to full life and living. You are the only one that can do this for you.

There is no glory in denying yourself the riches of this earth. The fullness of the land is yours by the promises of God, The Creator. Please accept this invitation to claim your inheritance from the bountiful storehouse of The Infinite Source of all Life. Feel the power that has been given you by virtue of your existence.

Know that you are LOVE. Know that you are JOY. Know that you are PEACE. Know that you are HARMONY. Know that as you appreciate the Goodness that is evident in you so will others.

GOD BLESS YOU THIS DAY WITH A NEW UNDERSTANDING OF WHO YOU ARE!!! PEACE BE UNTO YOU MY BELOVED.
